K by Dolce & Gabbana was created by Daphne Bugey and Nathalie Lorson. Top notes are Juniper Berries, Citruses, Blood Orange and Sicilian Lemon; middle notes are Pimento, Clary Sage, Lavender and Geranium; base notes are Vetiver, Cedar and Patchouli.

The opening notes of the composition include sparkling blood orange, pressed Sicilian lemon and juniper berries. The heart reveals the pimento essence combined with clary sage, geranium and lavandin, while the base is woody and masculine combining the cedarwood, vetiver and patchouli accords.
