GOSH Velvet Touch Lipliner Waterproof - 004 Simply Red is a super durable lip pencil in a classic red color. A soft and flexible lip pencil that defines the lips with an intense matte color pigmentation. Contains Vitamin E and Jojoba oil, which pampers the lips with plenty of moisture and protects them. Holds your lipstick in place and gives a complete result to the lips. Once you have seen the effect of a lip pencil, do not use a lipstick without it.
